Information shared with affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties We use and share nonpublic personal information about your account history or experiences with us within the Associated family of banks and companies as permitted by law. We may also share your nonpublic personal information, such as: name, address, Social Security number, account balances, account activity, assets, payment history and parties to the transaction. This information may be shared among affiliates, those nonaffiliated third parties with whom we have entered into joint marketing agreements, and parties contracted with to provide services on our behalf, such as: mortgage bankers, investment firms, insurance agents and/or companies and other lending or financial services institutions. We may also provide such information as permitted or required by law to credit bureaus and to various government entities in response to subpoenas and other legal processes, as well as to those with whom you have requested or authorized us to share nonpublic personal information.
