Prospect for new clients and set appointments.
Conduct a needs analysis, using a consultative approach, to provide solutions in the areas of employee benefits, business insurance and human resources.
Create and build strong relationships with business owners and key decision makers focused on new business acquisition.

Build Your “Book of Business”
What is a “Book of Business?” Most of the products we sell are renewable—this means you will receive a commission on the products you sell when the product is first sold and again every time the client renews the contract or policy.

With our leading edge technology and lead generation programs, you will have the best opportunity to build and sustain a book of business to be proud of.

Success is Within Your Reach
We believe that your income should have a direct relationship with your sales results. The more business you develop, the greater your income will be—it’s all up to you.

While building a book of business, you will receive a base salary combined with a “draw” (an advance against future commissions.) Additionally, you’ll receive continuous training, as well as feedback and coaching from managers.

Starting salaries for recent graduates in the mid $30,000s.
High performers will achieve a $100,000 minimum income in five years.
